The reximex lyra k 22 brings compact versatility to the forefront of modern pneumatic airgun hunting. Manufactured in Turkey with high-grade CNC machining, this carbine PCP air rifle is designed for shooters who demand a lightweight, carbine-length rig for pest management and informal target bench sessions. By combining a shorter profile with an ultra-consistent valve system, Reximex has created a balanced performer that stays tight on group sizes out to 40 yards and beyond.

To ensure continuous, clean power out in the woods, pair this compact carbine with our portable high-pressure [PCP Air Compressors] or charging kits. For peak field grouping and flat flight characteristics, pair the 5.5mm rifled barrel with high-grade dome head or hollow point [Pellets] selected for medium-distance impact energy.

Field Performance & Engineering Breakdown

The defining feature of the Lyra-K is its compact chassis layout paired with a shorter precision-rifled barrel. By trimming unnecessary overall length compared to full-sized sporters, the rifle’s balance point shifts back toward the shooter’s trigger hand. This reduced front-end weight significantly minimizes hold sensitivity, letting you hold steady off-hand or off timber supports without fatigue during extended field patrols.

At the heart of the receiver is the integrated power adjustment wheel. Situated on the side of the action, this manual bypass valve allows shooters to dial down muzzle velocity for close-range barn pest control—preventing unwanted pass-throughs on corrugated roofing—or dial up to full power for open-field hunting. Shot-to-shot consistency remains remarkably flat across the main fill spectrum, yielding tight standard deviation figures through the sweet spot of the 200 BAR cylinder.

The Turkish walnut stock is more than just aesthetically pleasing; it is functionally designed with deep stippled panels across the forend and pistol grip. This provides a high-friction grip in rain or cold conditions. The rubber butt pad cushions shoulder contact, while the raised cheek piece ensures natural alignment with optics mounted to the hybrid Picatinny/dovetail receiver block.

Caliber & Performance Variations

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum fill pressure for the Reximex Lyra-K cylinder? The 280cc aluminum cylinder on the Lyra-K has a maximum fill pressure rating of 200 BAR. For optimum shot-to-shot consistency without regulator or valve resistance, fill to exactly 200 BAR using a clean air pump or high-pressure cylinder.

Can I mount a standard scope with 11mm or 20mm Picatinny rings? Yes. The upper receiver block features Reximex’s hybrid rail design. It contains both a traditional 11mm dovetail groove and a standard 22mm Picatinny/Weaver rail profile milled into the same top surface, giving you complete freedom to mount any airgun scope rings.

How do I adjust the trigger on the Lyra-K? The 2-stage match trigger can be adjusted using the hex keys included in the box. You can fine-tune both the first-stage travel length and second-stage break weight, as well as loosen the trigger shoe screw to rotate or slide the shoe position to fit your exact finger length.
