TERMS OF PAYMENT

We do not store credit card details

Unless otherwise specified on the application and invoice, terms are cleared funds in advance of shipment.
All orders on terms are subject to the prior approval of the sellers credit department. Huntsman Ltd uses Barclays Business Factoring and any debts are passed to Barclays Factoring where time of payment is of the essence. We do not store credit card details.
The buyer shall be in default of payment without reminder. In the event of non-payment the seller reserves the right to alter terms of payment, suspend credit and delay shipment or pursue any remedies available at law or under agreement. The acceptance by the seller of any payment after the specified due date will not constitute a waiver of the buyer’s obligations to make future payments on the specified dates.

REFUNDS

Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs. We will refund you on the process you used to pay (debit card, PayPal etc…) once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). We can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error; NO postal costs will be refunded on any goods returned under the 7 day rule.

If your product has a fault you must return the item back to us within 28 days of delivery. It may take up to 14 days for our returns team to inspect your item. If found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent or credit note issued. NO refund can be issued on any goods deemed to have been damaged by the user.

Postage refunds can be given only on products that are faulty and within warranty. A maximum of £14.40 can be refunded on presentation of a postage receipt. This limit is set to cover the cost of our Parcel Force 24 service. If you decide to post the product back to us via other – more expensive service – the difference in cost will NOT be refunded. PLEASE NOTE, all refunds can take up to 14 days to process. Only contact us if 14 days has past and you have not received your refund.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to cancel your order:

If we haven’t yet dispatched your order, please contact us by phone, email or our new online support service and tell us that you want to cancel. If you have received the goods, the easiest way is to follow the process for returning goods via our online support service. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancelling your order. We will process your refund without delay and not later than 14 days after we receive the goods back from you, or (if earlier) that you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back to us. If you cancel before goods have been sent to you, we will process your refund no later than 14 days after the date upon which you informed us about your decision to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. For items purchased online using PayPal and returned to store for a refund you will be issued.

DUTY TO TAKE CARE

While the item is not in our possession, you will be responsible for it, this is called being under a DUTY TO TAKE REASONABLE CARE of the item while in your possession. This includes the way that you pack any item to be returned and the organisation you choose to return the product to us. This includes any items that may not have been received by us, i.e. we are only responsible for goods received by us via the provided method.

TESTING

We do test every single return so if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage charges. We would advise you to check the item and the instructions thoroughly before returning a faulty item as we will not refund any items found to be in good working order.
